Culver's - Immediate Porter/Cleaner Needed

Main Responsibilities:

• Keep building and property in a clean condition
• Keep equipment in clean and operational condition
• Perform misc. heavy-duty cleaning and maintenance activities
• Engage in repair activities when needed

Responsibilities:

• Clean building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing)
• Empty indoor trash and keep waste bins clean
• Clean kitchen equipment
• Exterior cleaning and landscaping
• Clean exterior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Ensure building security and safety
• Basic HVAC filter and coil maintenance
• Inform managers about repair and maintenance needs
• Maintain tools and equipment

Job Requirements:

• Morning availability including weekends
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
