Cellar Door Cafe looking for a barista to join our team. This role is firstly customer service oriented, taking orders, making drinks, and managing the workflow and presentation in the cafe. Technical skills include pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, pouring latte art.
Experience is a bonus, but not necessary; we enjoy teaching and are happy to train the right person.
This is a morning position, shifts are typically 7 am - 2 pm, 4 or 5 days per week. We offer structured and dependable pay raises, paid time off, free shift meals and employee discounts.
