ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout Midmichigan. Eligible candidates will be customer focused, take ownership, have integrity and be adaptable. You will receive one on one on the job training, ongoing performance evaluation and communication. Exceptional employees are encouraged to pursue our developing pathway to leadership. Our flexibility is unmatched, we want to work with you! This is a part-time position with a rotational schedule. The standard shift runs from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with weekend availability required. The role is located in an active medical facility, working around both patients and staff. On-call pay is included. Weekly hours average 24–30, with additional opportunities to pick up shifts as needed. • Gather, empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
• Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
• Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall mounted objects, etc, per schedule.
• Keep areas stocked with supplies; paper products, soaps etc.
• Clean and sanitize areas such as; restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms etc.
• Clean high touch points such as; glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
• Request supplies as needed.
• Keeping janitor storage area clean.
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
• Notify manager when a building needs minor repairs.
• Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.
