You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs. **What you'll do:** + Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance. + Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes. + Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. + Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. **Experience you'll need to have:** + 5+ years of experience with Assembler, COBOL and CICS. + 5+ years of experience with MVS, JCL, DB2 and VSAM + 3+ years of experience with CA7, File Master, and Endevor. + 3+ years with monitoring tools; SYSVIEW; Platinum; FDIO; IDCAMS; z/OS Mainframe; Splunk; and Cycleview. + Experience with MQ Series, InterTest, Abend-Aid and SQL. + Experience with JCL Check, Endevor, InfoMan Turnover Tool, + Experience with REXX, SyncSort, TSO, FTP, NDM, and SAR. + 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience **How you'll work** + This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. **Travel** + Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected. **Sponsorship** + You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
