As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our live fundraising events, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns for nonprofit and mission-driven clients. Your job is to provide friendly, informed interactions that help raise awareness, increase engagement, and create positive experiences with the public.

Represent nonprofit partners at community events, pop-up outreach sites, and promotional activations
Greet attendees, answer questions, and communicate campaign details clearly
Assist with event setup, registration, break-down, and materials distribution
