Job Summary

Summary:  The Dessert Cart Attendant is responsible for preparing and servicing dessert carts for suite guests at Soldier Field. This role requires excellent guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• The Dessert Cart Attendant is responsible for preparing and servicing dessert carts for suite guests at Soldier Field
• This role requires excellent guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prepare, stock, and maintain dessert carts with utensils and dessert items
• Assist and interact with Suite Attendants during service; suggest and describe desserts to guests
• Accurately log sales, handle billing via tablet, and complete pre/post-event inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for carts and dessert areas
• Uphold professional appearance, demeanor, and guest service standards
• Communicate guest concerns or product issues to management
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
