We are looking for a results-driven  DTG/DTF Team Lead to join AO Swag.

We are looking to hire a talented Team Lead with an eye for detail for our company's DTG/DTF department. As an team lead, you must be familiar with direct to film and direct to garment decoration methods and basic technology concepts, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with using a computer, and have excellent attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-level team lead can lead a team of operators and various team members to successfully produce decorated items.

The  Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for:

• Programing production sheets into the appropriate machine
• Working with management to assist in performance management as needed
• Onboarding new contract employees to appropriate work stations
• Assisting Heat Press (decal) department as needed
• Providing support to Direct to Garment team
• Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with DTG or DTF
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
• Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
• Ability to pass a background test
• Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and verbal communication skills
