MDX Line Inc. is a fast-growing, well-established trucking company operating 150+ trucks nationwide . We have a large professional dispatch team, dedicated night-shift coverage , and 24/7 operational support ⏱ to keep trucks moving nonstop.
We are actively hiring experienced, motivated Flatbed & Dry Van Dispatchers to join our in-office team and grow with us long-term
This role is perfect for dispatchers who:

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, book, and dispatch flatbed and dry van loads
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers
- Negotiate competitive rates and secure profitable freight
- Track loads and ensure on-time pickup & delivery
- Coordinate with night shift & support teams for 24/7 coverage
- Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays
- Handle dispatch paperwork, scheduling, and daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven dispatch experience
- Strong flatbed dispatching experience (reefer is a plus)
- Oversize load experience = BIG PLUS
- Knowledge of load boards, routing & FMCSA regulations
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple trucks
- Fluent English required (bilingual is a plus )
- Office work only – NO remote positions
