We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, system inspections, start-ups, and basic repairs—without on-call requirements and with a predictable schedule that supports work-life balance.
No on-call rotation
Consistent hours and predictable workload
Weekly pay with performance-based spiffs
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs as needed
Complete system start-ups and inspections
Work independently with minimal supervision
Deliver excellent customer service on every call
HVAC experience preferred, but not required (training available for the right candidate)
Ability to lift/move equipment and work outdoors
Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
