As an HVAC Technician based in Rifle, CO, you’ll cover service areas throughout the Western Slope, from Snowmass to Grand Junction. Your role includes:
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential/light commercial HVAC systems
Communicating solutions clearly to homeowners, no tech-speak
Recommending upgrades or system improvements
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Participating in on-call rotations and adapting to a future 4-10s schedule
Being the tech customers ask for by name

2+ years of HVAC experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no recent major infractions)
