Our client a North Palm beach firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to become an integral part of their dynamic litigation team in North Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the litigation department.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments, including client meetings and court dates.
• Conduct legal research and gather necessary information for case preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and colleagues to facilitate case progress.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation, is highly desirable.
