Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers:
20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium
30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium
40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium
$2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales
Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+
Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000
Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+
Handle direct inbound and inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling or prospecting ever
Sell life insurance policies over the phone to seniors ages 50–85
Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs designed for success
Provide outstanding customer service and consistently close new business
