Litigation Associate
My client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing practice. Role is on site 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience along with exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills. Seeking a proficient litigator with an entrepreneurial mindset who can contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, business-casual work environment. Experience in environmental or worker safety matters is a plus but not required. The position offers individualized mentoring, professional development opportunities, exposure to complex legal issues, and the ability to make a significant impact within the firm. Key Responsibilities
Participate meaningfully in litigation activities, including:
Preparing and/or taking depositions
Drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
Preparing and responding to motions and briefs
Managing expert witnesses
Handling related litigation tasks
Analyze complex legal and factual issues in a detailed, organized manner
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and professional staff
Contribute to case strategy and overall litigation team efforts
Qualifications
3 or more years of litigation experience, with substantial hands-on involvement in core litigation tasks
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Critical thinker with an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to take initiative
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
Experience litigating environmental or worker health and safety matters is a plus
Admission to the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar
