Litigation Associate Attorney
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to meaningful litigation work in both State and Federal Courts , with opportunities to develop courtroom skills, take ownership of cases, and work closely with experienced attorneys.
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in litigation, strong writing abilities, and the desire to be part of a supportive and fast-paced legal team. While prior experience with courtroom appearances, depositions, discovery, or dispositive motions is beneficial, it is not required. Federal Court experience is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings as needed
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Collaborate with supervising attorneys and legal staff on active cases
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Florida Bar license in good standing (required)
