Melinda Instal is seeking a dedicated Live Chat & Email Support Agent to join our team in the Construction industry. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through live chat and email communication channels.
Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $26 - $31 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using live chat and email support software.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of the Construction industry is a plus.
