Responsibilities: Plans, manages and evaluates the programs and staff of the Rehabilitation Services department. Administrative and operational responsibilities include management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/physician and staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Sets and implements departmental goals and objectives, guidelines, policies and procedures relative to the functioning of the department.
