- Joining other providers? If so how many? 21 physicians, APPs
- Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call? Monday-Friday Q4 Hospital Call Friday night and full day Saturday/Sunday 6am to 6pm
- Location/s? Open to discuss
- Comp Range? $300K--$350K starting salary
- Any Bonus structure? Sign On-Negotiable
- Partnership options? Opportunity 3rd year
- Experience with any special procedures? EEG EMG
- Patients seen per day? 24+
- Relocation allowance: Negotiable
- Full-time or Part-time? Full-time Only
- Employee or 1099? 1099 only
