We care for children , diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore your passions. **How we prepare our OT's for Success:** + Comprehensive training and professional development + Paid orientation + 24/7 clinical support + Continuing education scholarships **Available OT Shifts:** + Full Time: 28 visits per week M-F + Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F + Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F **Early Intervention OT Responsibilities include:** + Work closely with families using coaching interaction style, giving the tools they need to help their child succeed. + Support the child's learning in their natural environment with familiar people- services can be at home, child care, the library, or even the playground! + Uses electronic documentation system for each visit + Complete weekly visits. **Requirements:** + Birth to Five and or Home Care experience preferred + License active and in good standing- If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary. **Pay:** Up to $75 per visit NER-DE **As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.** BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
