Overnight Prep Cook - Chase Sapphire Lounge.

Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

Pay: $21/hr | Full-Time | Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Step into the brand-new Chase Sapphire Lounge at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport. Guests enjoy locally-inspired cuisine, craft cocktails, premium coffee, and high-end décor- and you’ll help keep the overnight kitchen running behind the scenes.

As an Overnight Prep Cook , you’ll prep ingredients, support our high-volume buffet service , and make sure every dish looks and tastes its best. Your work keeps the lounge experience flawless-even while Vegas sleeps.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items.
• Replenish and maintain buffet stations for high-volume service.
• Follow recipes and portioning standards for consistency.
• Keep BOH areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Support catered or special lounge events as needed.

What You Bring:

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
• 1–2 years of kitchen or prep experience.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
• Preferred: ServSafe and Food Handler certifications.
