Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Corporate Law Paralegal.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Paralegal Requirements:
- High level Corporate experience - Early-stage associate work - STRONG M&A experience - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
