Job Description

Job Summary: The Ups Store #5128 is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with their shipping, printing, and packaging needs while providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time hourly position in the franchise industry located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with shipping, printing, and packaging needs
Process transactions, including cash and credit card payments
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Promote and sell additional products and services offered by The Ups Store #5128
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Follow all franchise operational policies and procedures
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
