We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Trainer/Tutor to deliver high-quality online training to individuals and professionals looking to advance their marketing automation skills. This part-time remote role is perfect for certified SFMC experts with a strong foundation in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online training sessions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts and tools.
- Deliver structured lessons covering Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and more.
- Customize training based on learner levels (beginner to advanced).
- Assist learners in preparing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
- Provide personalized tutoring and support for live projects or real-world use cases.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Stay current with Salesforce product updates and marketing automation trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in SFMC tools: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required); Consultant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign automation, and A/B testing.
- Corporate training experience or curriculum development background is a bonus.
