  What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in a full-stack SharePoint development role.
  • At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft .NET / .NET Core, T-SQL, REST APIs, WCF, and GraphQL.
  • Proficient in designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and user interface (UI layer).
  • Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS (responsive design), JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
  • Solid understanding of UML, software design principles, and agile (Scrum) methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex solutions through the full project lifecycle.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
