This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

The UF Health Cancer Institute is the 72nd NCI designated cancer center and the only one at a public university in the State of Florida. As a matrix cancer center, we span all 16 colleges of the University of Florida, pulling together a world-class, multi-disciplinary membership of over 330 faculty and 150 staff to address the challenges of the cancer burden faced by the population we serve as we work together to find a cure.
As an intern on our Talent Development team at the UF Health Cancer Institute, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Development division in our Office of People & Culture. You will participate in ongoing talent development projects and activities and support the daily operations of the division. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning more about talent development, training program management, and instructional design.

This is an intern-level position, ideal for candidates with an interest in exploring a career after graduation in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, and/or Human Resources with an emphasis on training and talent development in higher education, research, healthcare, or similar industries.
