Pay: $21–$23/hour BOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Structural Welder to join our Tulsa fabrication team! This is an excellent opportunity for welders who take pride in precision, strength, and craftsmanship. As a Structural Welder, you’ll be responsible for performing vertical MIG welds on heavy structural steel components used in large-scale construction and manufacturing projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding in the 3G position on structural steel parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
• Inspect welds for strength, alignment, and visual quality.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment per company standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Must pass the 3G MIG test (downhill root / uphill cap).
• Proven experience welding with MIG on heavy structural components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
