Own organic social media strategy and execution, including Google Business posts, for SMB and executive brands (Andy + Bill). <p><\/p>2. Manage social engagement across channels: comments, DMs, inboxes (reactive + proactive). <p><\/p>3. Lead and moderate online communities, including Facebook lawyer group and Reddit discussions. <p><\/p><p>4. Manage review response strategy for SMB audiences. <br><\/p><p>5. Participate within the content team to develop and publish high-value assets (blogs, articles, interviews, case studies) that drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. <p><\/p>6. Monitor and report on engagement and social performance, leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy <p><b> Requirements <\/b><\/p><ul><li>5-10+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation, preferably in a similar industry. <\/li><li> Community management experience, managing online groups, fostering positive discussions, and addressing customer concerns. <\/li><li> Social media scheduling proficiency \u2014 has managed content calendars and scheduling systematically. <\/li><li> Content creation and editing skills \u2014 able to write clear, engaging, brand-aligned blogs, articles, case studies etc. <\/li><li> Strong analytics background \u2014 comfortable interpreting data, using it to optimize campaigns, and presenting insights to leadership.
