The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract negotiation, especially around terms and conditions, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The preferred candidate would have a\u00a0Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal experience and\/or at least four years of experience in both estimating and operations, with proven skill in contract negotiation and contract terms and conditions.\u00a0\n<p> If you\u2019re ready to make an impact, work on  high-profile projects, and be part of a team that values innovation and excellence, we want to hear from you!<\/p><p> Key Responsibilities: <\/p><ul><li> Review requested changes to PC\u2019s form subcontract and purchase order terms and conditions, advise Purchasing and Operations teams regarding same. <\/li><li> Assist Project Managers with negotiations associated with major purchase orders, subcontracts, and buyout difficulties. <\/li><li> Train and support operations personnel on subcontracts and purchase orders. <\/li><li> Negotiate standard terms and conditions with suppliers with whom PC does a significant volume of work and consistently need to negotiate terms and conditions. <\/li><li> Work with Risk Management to assure that all contract compliances including prequalifications, bonds, and insurances meet PC requirements and provide feedback to project teams. <\/li><li> Assist project teams with collection and filing of all required compliance documentation from Subcontractors or Vendors, such as a signed subcontract, safety agreement, bonds, insurance certificates, lien waivers, etc., so as not to delay field activities. <\/li><li> Assist with development and maintenance of model contracts and legal forms. <\/li><li> Periodically audit ongoing and close projects to ensure compliance with PC\u2019s policies and procedures. <\/li><\/ul><p><strong>100% EMPLOYEE OWNED <\/strong><\/p><p> PC Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce. <\/p><p><b> About PC Construction: <\/b>PC offers general contracting, construction management and design-build services to private and public clients across the country.
